A $800 pledge gets you TWO limited edition, numbered SAFECASTxKICKSTARTER geiger counters. This is close to what the full retail production model will cost - for one. Quite the score!

Have a open spot in a display case you need to fill? This might be the level for you. bunnie huang, who designed this, will personally autograph with a sharpie and number by hand an edition of only 3. While the device will be a real deal working version, this is most likely for the die hard collectors.

At this level you get one of the new limited edition geigier counters and and a REAL, FUNCTIONAL hand made bGeigie that has been used in Fukushima, Japan by the Safecast team to collect radiation data. We'll be pulling these out of rotation to give to you (as a collectors item, or for your own use) and then building a new one to replace it. ONLY THREE OF THESE AVAILABLE.

Some people like stuff, some people like experiences. This level is for the experience collectors. In addition to the SCxKS limited edition geiger counter you'll get, you'll also join us on a Safecasting day trip to Fukushima collecting readings and meeting volunteers first hand. We don't go into the exclusion zone, but we'll visit some evacuated areas (briefly of course). The trip will start and end in Tokyo, so you'll need to get yourself there but the trip will be something you'll remember for ever.
