Production Timeline
After verifying some rough dates with our manufacturers, we've got an estimated timeline of the next few months. Although this is just an estimate, we are still confident that we will be shipping CordLites in September and October. We're going to be in constant communication with our manufacturers, and as promised, we will be sharing the cool stuff with our backers... and of course... we'll let you know if anything changes(which is likely).
Surveys
We will be sending out surveys very soon to get your color preferences(black or white) for your CordLites. This will help us determine the quantities of each color to have produced.
Online Store
Our online store is just about ready for anyone that missed out on the Kickstarter project. More on that soon.

Hi Aviel,
We were about to send the surveys a while ago, but then realized that we only get one chance to send out surveys through Kickstarter. We're going to save the surveys for the shipping information, and we'll send that out when we get closer to shipping out the CordLites (just in case anyone moves anytime soon). The colors are not a huge deal right now... we will have enough of each color to cover the backer orders. Thanks!

@Don & Alan - Just like all the other iPhone accessory makers, we've put a lot of thought into the iphone 5 rumors. The biggest problem is that we don't know enough to make any concrete plans. Everything is speculation and rumors... pretty strong rumors, yes... but we won't receive any detailed information until Apple makes the official announcement and releases the specifications. As we've mentioned before, we will continue production of the existing design and deliver an awesome product as soon as we can. When we release the new iPhone 5 version, we will offer a discount to all of our backers. Hope that helps

I just heard the same thing that Don mentioned...Apparently the rumor is that the IPhone 5 will have a new 9pin charging port! :) That means this won't work with the new ones coming out. Although I can still use this for my iPad and iPod...but I do plan on upgrading to the new phone....Have you guys considered this issue? I know I would be more than willing to wait as long as it takes to get one in the new 9 pin form!

Sounds like this is going to be ready just in time to be completely obsolete for folks upgrading the the next iPhone iteration. Will you guys be working on an adapter for use with the possible new port/connector?
