THE FEATURE FILM
Chloe and Attie is a feature film project currently in development. It is a horror movie that tackles the genre a little different than most. Rooted in suspense, it's the tone and mood that makes 'Chloe and Attie' what it is, for both the short and the feature. We will be taking this tone and expanding the 'Chloe and Attie' world. We made the short film in 2009 and have been preparing all the elements needed to green-light the feature length script ever since. We have now hit the money wall and are looking for your help in pushing us through to the next stage!

THE TWINS
Jacqueline and Joyce Robbins have an eerie connection to one another. They don't just finish each others sentences, they witness the birth of words and emotions in each other, speaking not as a separate pair, but as one being. It is as creepy as it is intriguing. The characters of Chloe and Attie have this same connection, and are mostly based off of the real life twins, but with a dark twist. The twins have made me realize how important the project is to them, and I realize how important they are to me, so making Chloe and Attie is a personal goal to both myself and to them.
WHY CHLOE AND ATTIE
As a Director, my style leans to the darker tones, yet at heart I am a romantic, so Chloe and Attie seems a perfect fit for my first feature as it deals with devotion and destruction, and shows the ominous beauty of both. The slow burn, silent creep-out, style of horror movie has always been my favorite for it has the power to hold your attention, from under your skin! Cinematographer Norm Li and I are heavily influenced by Asian cinema, creating a very distinct mood that speaks to this style. These inspirations will show through in 'Chloe and Attie'.
THE DONATIONS
We are currently in development with 'Chloe and Attie', meaning that we have our story and some key members of the team, but we are aiming to move the project into green-light by attaching cast, solidifying the script and locking down the budget. We need your help in making this a reality!
THE TEAM
Scooter Corkle | Director - Scooter has been working in film for almost a decade, studying the craft hands-on from within almost every department a set has to offer. He's pretty awesome.
Daniel Domachowski | Producer - Daniel is the Creative Director and Producer of DOMOGENEOUS, a design and film company. His work ethic and understanding of marketing and design is astonishing. Also totally awesome.
Norm Li, csc | Cinematographer - Norm has a keen eye for composition and dark, dramatic tones. He is one of the most sought after Canadian Cinematographers in Vancouver. Man’s honestly awesome.
Jacqueline and Joyce Robbins | Chloe & Attie - The twins are the sweetest, most loving and adorable people you’ll ever meet. Awesome wants to be them!

The general DVD release is currently slated for 2013. As backers of our project, you will receive your rewards right before the general DVD release. To save time, money and resources, we will be sending other rewards at the same time as the DVDs.

After the Kickstarter campaign is over, we'll be sending you an email requesting your choice, and mailing address.

How nice of you! Yes. If you'd like, we can send your entire reward to someone else. When we contact you to collect shipping info after we reach our goal, just note that it's a gift and give us the recipient's shipping info.

Yes, it really is all or nothing. If we don't raise the whole amount ($20k), we will receive nothing. Your credit card will never be charged and no benefits will be shipped.

We most certainly can! Kickstarter will let us keep whatever amount we raise within our time allotted (30 days) as long as we reach our goal.

Absolutely! After you've pledged once, just sign into Kickstarter, click on the "Manage Your Donation" button that will have replaced the "Back this Project" button and enter a higher amount and, if you like, select the corresponding (higher) reward.

Scooter Corkle has worked in Vancouver’s film industry for the past 8 years in practically every department there is. He has written and directed numerous commercials, short films and short documentaries. Chloe and Attie will be his directorial debut into the feature film realm.
His friendly attitude, knowledge of all things film, and his enthusiasm for the art-form bridges the gap between the technical aspects of filmmaking and the creative crafts of storytelling. Ego is never appreciated on Scooter’s sets.
Fun Fact: Born into a biker family, Scooter was almost named Harley, but instead, now rides one.
