A famous group of “rock star” filmmakers attempt to break the boundaries of motion pictures setup by Hollywood and reality.
Synopsis:
BLACKLISTED is the most famous band in the world. However, they don’t make music, they make movies. After several major successes in Hollywood and around the world, this group of “rock star” filmmakers enlists the help of a teenage artist in order to make an independent film that won’t cost the audience a cent. Taking a lesson from several famous musicians, the band attempts to bring down the movie industry the same way the music industry was brought down, making it about the music and not the money. However, the band’s strong passion for filmmaking clashes with their lives when their movie begins to mimic reality.

Contributions will be spent as follows:
1. DVD Production
2. Poster Printing
3. Film Festival Entry Fees
We have set the funding goal fairly low so that we stand a good chance of at least making it into a few festivals this way. If you like our video and our site (http://www.schifflifilms.com/) then by all means contribute what you can! We estimate that $550 will get us around 75 DVD copies, tons of posters, and pay for about 5-7 Festival Entry Fees. Any additional money that is contributed past the actual goal will still go towards additional film festivals, so the more festivals the better!
