It's been a few weeks since our campaign closed and we would like to give you a brief update.

The process of closing the campaign through Kickstarter takes a few weeks and is finally complete. We have initiated surveys for backers that have rewards due in February. But for the majority of you, your rewards will come later this year. So we will not be issuing survey's for those backers until the time to fulfill them nears.  Don't be worried if you haven't received a one!

Our team has kicked the design and engineering process back into high gear again. As we described in our campaign, this is an intensive process with many details and parallel activities.  Some examples of activities we have begun include:

• Specification refinement based on campaign feedback.
• An interim functional prototype design and build cycle to investigate our ability to further refine movement resolution and improve camera mounting.
• Vendors discussions with WiFi chipset manufacturers (ex. Atheros) to understand cost and scope of development for an alternate version with this capability.
• Foundational software work on Bluetooth communications and SDK.
• Many, many more...

To keep our focus on development where it should be, and also not to bore you with too much detail, our plan is to provide updates on a monthly basis over the next couple of months.  Then as we get closer to our date of first shipments, we will increase the frequency of our communication.  Expect our next detailed update to come on (or around) March 1st.
