i think its a fantastic idea and the mock-up looks wonderful. i hope you don't mind a quick critique. on the idea/concept. i kind of get lost on the "trojan barrel" part and although i do like the pico projectors i'm not sure they're absolutely necessary for this piece to be successful. from my own experiences sometimes the editing out of parts can be the most successful moves in a concept/idea brainstorming. the origami crane imagery and scale is what initially draws me in. i'm a huge fan of zen and the eastern connection for me is automatic. the trojan part of the concept and your contrasting of inner and outer are really really interesting. i'm a less is more kind of guy though. the beautiful thing about this, and any idea really, is that it doesn't have to be just one big idea. i keep having to remind myself of this. this could be a series or theme with many variations like jasper johns target etc..... i think the majority of what you're trying to communicate with this piece can be done so by doing less and implying the rest (johnny cochran shoutout)...leaving some interpretation room for the viewers who may bring their own baggage to the table. just my opinion. i'm probably wrong more than i'm right so take it for what its worth. had a few other ideas about this piece if your interested...holla
