A British Action Thriller seeking to explore the nature of security and discover how far you would go to secure a loved one's life.
When teenaged Rebecca is kidnapped on her way to school, her father Neil, a CCTV operator is forced to relinquish control and shut down the CCTV surrounding the city’s largest bank. Under the stressful watch of the kidnappers, Neil struggles against computer fail safes, but when co-worker Alan arrives, complications arise and Neil’s task gets much harder.

"CCTV", currently our film's working title, is being created by a core team of six filmmakers from South Wales, called 'Tell Them Pictures'.
Our Most Successful Film to date is our short experimental film, 'True Repose'. Created in 2011. Winning Us 3 Awards and 7 Nominations, across 3 UK Festivals. It has been screened at festivals in Bath, Cornwall, Cardiff, Bristol & London.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our film is an action orientated British Thriller seeking to explore the nature of security in today’s society as well as discover how far you would go to secure a loved one’s life.
Our shooting dates are currently scheduled for Mid to Late February, and the film is due to be completed in May with screenings in June. Depending on how much you can pledge to our film, you could be in attendance to one of our first screenings in June 2013.
WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
The main bulk of the £2000 we are asking for will go towards the costs for an Ambulance and a couple of Police Cars for our climatic ending scene. We've managed to get a lot of the other major props and locations for our film thus far, but these last few vehicles are our biggest cost.
In addition to this we also need to use some of the money to cover the cost of hiring some extra equipment, included some lenses & a suitable rig for the camera we are using.
THE LONG TERM FUTURE OF OUR FILM
We plan to take this film to as many festivals as we can in both the UK and Worldwide from June 2013 onwards. Below is a brief flowchart describing our film's journey from the launch of this Kickstarter to festivals.

As with all short film projects, we will be subject to all the usual stumbles; weather, poorly actors, broken down minibuses. Luckily though we already have most of our locations pegged down and are currently working our way through auditions. As with our previous films, we've always had contingency plans for some of these, back-up transport and stand-by actors, and will set about putting these same contingencies in place for this film.
