About this project

I'm hoping to raise $5,000 by May 1st to record and press 1,000 copies of my first full-length album ever.  If funded, I would return to the studio at the beginning of May and release the album mid-summer! The plan is to re-mix and re-master the 5 tracks from Between Here and Home, and then add 5 or 6 freshly minted songs to the record for a full-length album! My vision is for this record to be completely finished by the time I go to play at Sharp Top Cove (a Young Life camp) this July. There I will be sharing my music with about 400 high school students a week for 3 weeks, and I would love for them to be able to take my new songs home with them on a CD. My dream is for this to be an album that will different from most, in that each song will be traced with love and hope. I would love for that to be what these high school kids get to listen to. However, I can't do that without your help!

Over to the right, you will see the rewards that are available for all of the donations. For any donation, you will be updated on the recording process. For each donation amount, you will get the corresponding reward as well as everything below it. For instance, if you donate $5, you will get your name on my website, in addition to the exclusive updates. If you donate $15, then you will get a physical copy of the album mailed to you before it is released, as well as your name on my website, and exclusive updates. And so on and so on.... As you donate more and more, the rewards get better and better!

Kickstarter is an all or nothing deal. This means that if I don't raise the entire goal amount, then you won't be charged, and I won't get any of it. Also, after the full $5,000 is raised, it doesn't have to stop there! The actual cost of the album will be around $6,000... so the more of that amount that I can raise, the better that we can make the album sound! With that being said, the reason that I make music is for you to listen to it, so I want it to be the best that it can for you!
