Hello everyone, 

I just wanted to let you all know that we are extremely close to finishing this project, but unfortunately are not quite ready to ship. 

Erik is working with the book printer to fix a few problems in the final guidebook, but hopes to ship everything around March 15th. I apologize for yet another delay in the process, but we are doing everything to make sure the materials are produced to the highest quality possible. 

The good news is hiking season isn't quite here yet, so you will surely have all of the materials by the time you're ready to head out on the trail. 

I still haven't received survey responses from everyone, so I'll be sending messages to those who I still need shipping info from. 

Once again, thanks for your support and we're excited for the launch of the Route!

Hi all, 

I'm glad to say that the Trans Adirondack Route video is extremely close to completion. There are only a few minor tweaks left in post-production. I hope you'll all enjoy it!

However, Erik has informed me that the publication process for the guidebook and map set has taken a bit longer than expected and the release date for all TAR materials is now March 1st. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but this delay at least provides us with more time to make sure everything is the best quality possible for your enjoyment. 

About two weeks before the release date, I'll be sending out a survey for shipping information as well as if you would prefer a DVD or a digital download of the video. Keep in mind that the digital download option will have better image quality and will be available instantly upon release.

Hi everyone!

Things have really started to pick up with the project and it's going great so far. I have begun filming and can't wait to share my experiences with you all. The region truly is spectacular and a hidden gem among national parks. I've really enjoyed being out on the Trans Adirondack Route and can't wait to get back on it! 

Erik has informed me that the guidebook for the route, "Blue Line to Blue Line," has been pushed back a month for a new release date of Feb. 1st, 2013. This means that all rewards will be pushed back to that date as well. 

I still have yet to post a survey about rewards to gather shipping info and will wait until production settles down and we get closer to the release date in case anyone moves or changes their address between now and then. 

Thanks again to all of you for giving me this great opportunity! I have uploaded a photo from Stephens Pond, one of many scenic waterways along the route. Enjoy!

Thanks everyone for your support. We raised over 150% of our goal which is more than Erik or I expected. With funding complete, now begins the filming process. I am assembling my crew and hope to depart on my first trip to the region June 22nd. 

There is much to be done in the coming weeks but in that time I hope to put together a list of all of the backers and rewards. I will be contacting you for shipping information as well as asking if you'd prefer a physical DVD copy or a digital download option to those who qualify ($20 or more) so please keep that in mind.
