Okay, maybe not the moment you've been waiting for....more likely a moment and maybe not even one you were waiting for. But today I'd like to officially share the official cover of Dick Cheney Saves Paris. And okay, by "official," of course I mean "it may change sometime before August 30, though probably not substantially." Scroll down for the full front cover, or read on for more about it.
Paul Forristal is the crack design/editing superstar for Love Earth Publications, and he has done a brilliant job with this cover, so you may just want to consider him for your next novel design project. I particularly like his focus on the time travel element of the book; by presenting a version/update of a 1950's pulpy paperback novel, he gives the reader a sense of traveling back in time just to read the thing--complete with a few scratches and folds--just look at the fake "cracked" spine.
By the way, Paul has agreed to do the design for the Love Earth Music soundtrack "music from and inspired by the novel Dick Cheney Saves Paris," so we can all expect a fine image there too.
For the record, let me say that I really like the full wraparound cover for the book. It works very well as a whole, but because we're still working out the final copy for the back, I can't share that just yet. You'll just have to wait to see it. So, yes, maybe that is the new moment you can be waiting for.

In addition to being an Aquarius and an ENTP, Ryan Forsythe is a writer, artist, editor, teacher, dad, and ex-hostel employee. Originally from Cleveland, he now lives in Southern Cal. Ryan received a Master of Arts in Teaching Writing from Humboldt State and is presently a student in San Diego State's MFA program in Creative Writing. He believes he is the only Pushcart Prize nominee in history to have won NFG magazine's "Great 69-er Award" (for best original 69-word story). His children's book (for adults), "The Little Veal Cutlet That Couldn't," is now available in some places where fine books are sold.
