About this project
Let it be known that RPPR looks after its own.
A staple of Role Playing Public Radio for four years now has been the annual pilgrimage to Gencon in Indianapolis. And RRPR regular Aaron desires to attend this year, and needs assistance in doing so. For the pleasure of attending this year's convention, Aaron will run a game he has never run before...at the convention itself. To ensure his attendance, Aaron will run a scenario in Call of Cthulhu that I wrote some time ago. For those who decide to support the cause, you will have advanced access to all of the practice games that Aaron and RPPR run until Gencon, as well as the actual game that Aaron will run in Indianapolis. Your critiques and advice will be part of the training that Aaron will receive to prepare him to run a game that does not come naturally to him.
As anyone who is a regular listener to RPPR will know, Aaron isn't exactly a GM known for flinging players into actual danger. We will see if we can't pry him out of his comfort zone and drop him into a scenario where the players will be in mortal danger from the get go. It will either be an inspiring story of a somewhat shy individual overcoming adversity and rising to the challenge, or an experience in awkwardness. Either way, it should be a whole lot of fun!
10$ will get you advanced access to five bonus unaired actual plays.
20$ will get you that and an RPPR button and postcard
40$ will get you a DVD containing outtakes and raw footage from the promotional video
