Hey, well, if you made it this far... thank you! The good news is, yes, we have finished the film! And, it's amazing! Truly amazing and I cannot wait for you to see it. The bad news is we still need money to pay the people that finished the film this month. So, with your help... even $5... we can accomplish that together.

Let me tell you a little bit about the WORLD PREMIERE last week. Wow. We played to a nearly sold out crowd of 1,000 in the legendary CASTRO THEATER as part of Frameline; The San Francisco International LGBT Film Festival. No one had seen the movie 100% finished. No one, but me. So, unveiling it for the first time to a packed house like that was truly invigorating. The response stunned me. The movie is a comedy. So, naturally, people laughed... a lot, actually. After the credits a festival volunteer, named John, came running up to me going on about loving the film. I thanked him. Then he said, "I cried." I immediately thought, "Oh, no, it's a comedy, he cried, where did we go wrong??!!" So, I asked him, "Where did you cry." And, he says, "At the end. When they got together. It was so sweet." I went to cloud 9! Wow, we really did our jobs. If this charming, uplifting rom com could sweetly bring someone to tears... that meant we really touched people. Then I found out other people cried. Some in 3 places! Even my wife's dad cried!! Holy sh-t! We really could have a cross over hit on our hands! And, maybe even be able to do a wide release to a straight and LGBT audience.
