The Story
Hello Kickstarter! My name is Roni Lagin and I’m asking for your support to produce a poster series called Delicious City Prints.
I’ve always been passionate about food and in particular those foods that define where I live or places I’ve visited. Over the last few months I've been working on a typographic poster series that celebrates the foods from different cities.
I started the project with Philadelphia, the city I live in, and then moved on to create designs for eight other cities (New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, New Orleans, Paris, and London).
Each design will be hand screen printed on heavyweight French Paper and available in two sizes.

The Specs
- Poster Sizes: 18x24" or 11x14" unframed print
- Printing: Hand pulled 2-color screen print (each print has its own specific color palette)
- Paper: French Paper Smart White 100 lb Cover
- Details: Signed, numbered and dated on the back
Postcards are 4x6" and will be digitally printed (not signed).
The Rewards
With your support through this Kickstarter, I’m aiming to have the Delicious City Prints delivered to all backers by late September or early October. All pledges include the shipping cost. Please help make this print series a reality by spreading the word and sharing with your friends.
If you want more than one print just increase your pledge by the same initial amount you pledged. Once the Kickstarter is over, you will receive an email asking which city (or cities you want if you pledged for more than one).

Just increase your pledge by the same initial amount you pledged for each additional print.

Once the Kickstarter is over, you will receive an email asking which city (or cities you want if you pledged for more than one).

You'd start off by sending a list of 7-12 foods you want on the list in order of importance as well as the city name. Depending on the length of each food item, that will determine the size of the typography. There will be at least two to three rounds of back and forth with feedback and once approved, I'll produce and ship three copies of the print in either the 11x14" or 18x24" size.
