"Making Things Move: DIY Mechanisms for Inventors, Hobbyists, and Artists" by Eyebeam alum Dustyn Roberts reveals practical mechanical design principles to readers and shows them how to apply those principles through a wide range of sample projects. This book was partially written during her residency at Eyebeam.

We'll give you The Social Media Reader, edited by former Eyebeam Fellow Michael Mandiberg. With the rise of web 2.0 and social media platforms taking over vast tracts of territory on the internet, the media landscape has shifted drastically. The Social Media Reader is the first collection to address the collective transformation with pieces from all the major thinkers in the field.

You will receive a copy of Trespass, the first book to present the full historical sweep, global reach and technical developments of the street art movement. Predominantly a combination of hand-drawn animation and spoken-word performance, videos in the collection also explore narrative live-action, animated documentary, abstract visual music, and realtime digital puppetry. Includes SXSW winner "The Orange."

Workshop Reward - Fun and Games with a New Programming Language ($75/session) Zajal is a new programming language developed by Eyebeam Fellow Ramsey Nasser. It is designed to be a lot of fun, and emphasizes improvisation and experimentation over rigid rules. Each of these three workshops will introduce the language in a different way: through game design, data visualization, and physical computing.

A signed, limited edition of Guts of Glory, an art work in the form of a card game by Eyebeam Resident Zach Gage, that can only be described as a "food-eating contest played as a deck-spewing card game set in the post-apocalyptic future." Players race to eat the most spectacular foods and win the approval of the roaring crowd.

F*CK Snow Globes - tell it like it is with this traditionally designed snow globe by Eyebeam alums Nora Ligorano and Marshall Reese, capturing your feelings in bright red letters for all the world to see.

For $100 receive one of 6 working proofs, mounted with hanging brace, of the "DCP Series" by Phillip Stearns. They are a collection of digital images produced by intentionally corrupting the circuitry of various Kodak DC series low-resolution digital cameras. As much as these images are the residue of an external agency acting upon the camera, they are also machine hallucinations, electric sheep.

Workshop Reward - Scraping Political Data: Web Hacking Techniques, taught by Paolo Cirio. The workshop will introduce the basic philosophy behind transparency activism and how to accomplish it through the use of smart hacks over web platforms. Franziska Lamprecht and Hajoe Moderegger, working as the collective eteam, purchased a 10-acre lot of land in the Nevada desert that included a dirt road. In an attempt to get rid of the road by eliminating its' traffic, eteam orchestrated an artificial traffic jam. For $225, you will receive a photo print which captures "The Paradox of the 10 Acres Square."

Famous Rap Singers, 2011, by Tahir Hemphill These 7.25 x 7.5 inch laser etchings grew out of Tahir's project at Eyebeam: the Hip-Hop Word Count, a searchable ethnographic database built from the lyrics of over 40,000 Hip-Hop songs from 1979 to present day.

Primary Weapons, a sculpture by Eyebeam Resident Enrique Radigales. Enrique inscribes the PlayStation controller's familiar button layout onto the most primitive of surfaces: slabs of marble, granite, and concrete. By juxtaposing modern and ancient technologies and abstracting gamer iconography, Enrique brings to light the nature of video games.

Workshop Reward - Tactical Trasmedia Fiction, taught by Eyebeam Fellow Paolo Cirio. The workshop will explore ‘Cross Media’ practices for producing fiction, such as ‘Transmedia Storytelling’, ‘Alternative Reality Games’ and ‘Dispersed Fiction,’ and how these products are changing cinema, theatre, marketing and games through internet platforms and networked devices. As part of "Stranger Visions", Eyebeam Resident Heather Dewey-Hagborg creates portrait sculptures from analyses of genetic material collected in public places. Donate at this level and she will analyze your DNA and create a "portrait" of you and your ancestry based on the information contained within your DNA.

An astonishingly beautiful and jaw-droppingly futuristic RGB+D portrait by James George. RGB+D is a new photography hybrid that combines the depth imaging of Microsoft Kinect cameras with the high resolution of digital SLR cameras. The result is a high-density wireframe that can be manipulated in three dimensions. James George will create a 16" x 24" portrait print of the patron using the RGB+D system. The image will be printed on Lambda Metallic mounted on 1/8" Sintra with 1/4" Plexiglas cover. The portrait includes a sitting with artist.

We will hand deliver a laser etched sign with the phrase, "Thank you for making the world a better place" signed by all Eyebeam staff and artists.
