The movies produced by Guest House Films have been screened at film festivals around the world, winning audience, jury and acting awards, and securing distribution deals in North America and numerous foreign territories. Guest House Films co-founders Rob Williams and Rodney Johnson were named to Instinct Magazine’s “Leading Men of 2008” for their contributions to gay cinema.
Guest House Films is currently developing a number of feature film projects, including "The Mystic Chord" (a screen adaptation of Jim Tushinski’s novel, "Van Allen’s Ecstasy"), and "Make The Yuletide Gay 2," a sequel to its award-winning Christmas comedy.
In 2011, Guest House Films announced plans to launch its new distribution operations, starting with a series of gay-themed short-film compilation DVDs. The first DVD in this series, "Black Briefs," will be released in February 2012.
