The complete digital download of Hopening, as soon as it's mixed and mastered, well before it's available for sale. You know what? I like you. I'm going to throw in a PDF copy of the lyrics booklet too.

You get the signed Hopening CD before it is released for sale, as well as a signed booklet with the album lyrics AND the pre-release digital download. Yes, you can have the PDF lyrics booklet too, because I like your shoes.

All that stuff you get for pledging $50? It's yours, along with handwritten lyrics. Yes, actual paper written on by my actual hand. It may never be worth anything, but at least you'll get the satisfaction of knowing I worked just a little bit harder for your patronage. You can even pick the color of the ink. Please, don't request cursive.

All the stuff that's already been discussed? I'll send it to you, sure, that goes without saying, but to sweeten the deal ... I live in Lansing, Michigan. I will drive anywhere within a 2 hour radius and perform a one hour concert for you and your guests. This will be totally acoustic, and include most of the songs from Hopening, as well as whatever else I happen to throw in. It may take a bit of negotiating to work out a date- cut me some slack, I'm a working musician. Alternatively, if you live too far away but still want some concert love, I'll record a one hour video performance in my office, with my dog pacing back and forth and my toddler screaming in the background, and put it on a DVD for you. I'll mention your name frequently, but not in a creepy way.

OK money bags, I'll bring my expensive sound system to you (as long as it's within 2 hours of 48906), and do a full two hour show. Let's just make sure there are no noise ordinances to worry about. If you can secure a hall or a local pub, that would be preferable to say, playing in your apartment. I can do originals, a holiday show, your favorite AM Gold, Irish tunes- you name it. You'll also get all that other stuff, EXCEPT the one hour live acoustic performance- I knew you were going to be sneaky about that. If you're too far away, I'll do a two hour personalized video performance without my toddler screaming in the background, but I can't make any promises about the dog.

At this point I can't offer you anything fun or clever; there's not much left but my undying gratitude for your support. Although, how does a credit as Executive Producer sound? A very prominent credit, listed on the CD, artwork, and all digital materials. On top of that, you still get the CD, lyrics, and a performance if you want one, I'll send you a handmade two disc set of demos & outtakes, a lyrics booklet signed by all the musicians involved in the recording of Hopening, and a rare photo of me smiling.
