It's been a long time coming but we are happy to say the Quad Locks™ have shipped!!! A big thank you to the guys at Shipwire and the Annex Products Team for getting the Quad Locks™, processed, packed and sent out to all our awesome backers.

Quad Lock Accessories
For those of you interested in the Poncho, Tripod Mount and Universal Mount (for the non iPhone owners out there.) these three Quad Lock™ accessories are nearly ready for production! We hope to have them available next month and we'll be offering them to our kickstarter backers at a very special price as you guys made this all possible! Once they are ready to order we will send out a Kickstarter update with a promotional code so keep an eye in your inbox.

Its been a long time coming but the Quad Locks have finally arrived! Four shipments have landed in the UK, LA, HK and Melbourne. Assuming we have no problems clearing customs we expect them to be delivered and processed by our fulfilment centres in the coming days. Once the processing is complete they will be on their merry way to you guys!!! Wooooo hooooo 

For those of you who have not filled out the backer survey, and there are quiet a few, make sure you log back into your Kickstater account and complete the details we requested from you. If you don't complete the survey we don't know where to ship your reward!!! The survey request will appear on the top of the Kickstarter page when you log in, but only if you have not complete it. If it doesn't pop up, you're all good.

Yes that's right, we're ready to start shipping!!!  We were held up for the past three days due to the Labor day holiday in China but tomorrow the bulk shipments are scheduled to leave the factory and make there way to our fulfillment centers!!!! Assuming we don't run into any customs issues (touch wood) the stock should be landing at our fulfillment warehouses later this week and then its pick, pack and ship time! Sit tight guys we're almost there!!!

Hey All

We said we we're going to update you guys as soon as we got news and we're sticking to our word. We just got word from our manufacturer that they have commenced the final pack out of the first shipment of Quad Locks and should have it completed ready to go this Thursday! Once they are complete we are going to air freight the goods from the manufacturer to our fullfillment centers in the US, UK and Australia so we can start packing and sending the orders out to you guys! Air freight and order processing will take a few days so if everything goes to plan most orders will be processed and shipped next week. We know its taken longer than expected but we're nearly there.

We'll keep you posted.

PS: One of the common requests was for a tripod adapter. Well you asked and we delivered. We tested a tripod adapter prototype last week and its awesome. We've put it in production and hope to have it out next month.Check it our here

Hello Patient Backers

In the last update we said the Quad Locks would be ready to ship to our fulfillment centers on the 16th and we've been chasing our manufacturer for any news on progress since the last update. Unfortunately we've just been told that there has been a delay with the supply of the packaging which means the shipment date has been pushed back to the 23rd of April. We know this is not great news and we have tried to pull a few favors to see if we can speed things up but unfortunately there's nothing we can do other than wait for the packaging to arrive.

We'll do our best to try and get the orders delivered by the end of April however the reality is that we may not be able to get them to some people until early May due to the shipping time frame of international orders. We apologise for yet another delay but unfortunately we're at the mercy of our supplier until the bulk shipment is ready to go.

Once again we thank you all for being so patient. As soon as we have any further updates we'll let you know straight away.
