The environment in China is seriously and in vast area destroyed, the story reveals not only the problem of the environment issue, but the media covers it.
The more important of this revealing is the moral–political effects on common people’s personal consequence, in this story an innocent Chinese girl incarnated.

Judy is a free spirit director, who intends to bring her own stories to the world audiences. As a Chinese, free art creation is not easy, she has to tackle many obstacles to realise her free spirit and passion for art other than those artisits from a free country. I wish her a succees for her project.

This is a worthy project. I acted as the sound boom operator on the trailer shoot, and I can vouch that the director is talented and driven. On set, I was impressed by how she knew exactly what visual elements she needed to fit her vision. As an aspiring director myself it was a great learning experience.

We always hear about the incredible economic growth occurring in China, but rarely is significant light shed on the massive toll that this development is taking on the environment. The problems that China now faces and will face only more in the future are not only of importance to environmentalists worldwide, but more so, they are and will have a huge impact on the people of China, including the government that might not want this story told. So this is an important film as it raises awareness of these problems and also in that it shows the interesting dynamics of what happens when Chinese people get involved with Westerners and their agendas. Props to Judy Li for heading up this ambitious project!

Thanks Phillip! There is a critical message here to be told. China is continually improving, I believe. In some ways, China is making some leading efforts on developments about green energy and such. But the environmental devastation is already severe. A ticking time bomb not just for China, but for the world. Help Judy's voice get out beyond the GREAT (fire) WALL of China so that more people can learn about it and work together to find solutions.
