Hello everyone!

I know it's been a while since we've posted updates.. And that's because we've been so busy getting the dipr ready for the IHA Home and Housewares show in Chicago this past week.

Our booth was a huge success!!! We were constantly loaded with buyers and reps from the minute we setup the booth to the second we took it down! We talked with the buyers from all major sales channels and everyone absolutely loved the dipr - they're all very interested in putting it into their stores. So hopefully, you will see the dipr for sale sometime in the near future.. It should be coming to a cookie aisle near you very soon!

We were also approached by CBS Channel 2 News to showcase the dipr on their early morning show and the morning news. They did two really nice segments on all the cool new gadgets from the show and the host called the dipr his favorite item of the morning! This is now our 3rd morning talk show for the dipr in less than 6 months, both Julie and I could not have done this without you!

Most people from the show asked us "how did you get the product here so fast?" - our response was you! The people who believed in our product put us here! Because of Kickstarter and our backers, we were able to make all this possible! That alone is a fantastic thing and we both would like to take a moment and say - THANK YOU TO ALL OUR BACKERS!

We're now in the process of hammering out the final manufacturing - all the tooling has been situated and soon we'll be popping out the final commercial units. Once we're done, we will be sending out the last of the rewards for the packaged diprs. We're sorry it took us a bit longer than expected, we had to make some interesting design changes to the product, which worked out well because the necessary changes allowed us to produce a better overall product. Now the dipr will be made from a two stage molding process and it will come with a Santoprene handle to provide a non-slip-grip. This is a great feature and really makes the product feel more like a fun utensil, plus it will now come in a bunch of really cool colors.

Thanks again for checking out our project, we couldn't have done this without you.. You will always be apart of our story and the dipr will become a reality because you believed in us!

Hello Everyone,

It's been a while since our last update.. We've been extremely busy trying to get everything done. We are still working with our manufacturers so that we can fulfill the $20 reward, which is the final package of two diprs. There were some complications with the tooling of our mold so we had to adapt and that alone took a few weeks, now we're in the process of tooling the mold so that we can produce the final diprs.

Because of all our supporters, we will be attending the International Housewares Show in Chicago this March. We've been working around the clock to get everything ready for the show and we even got selected to do their on-air product showcase on WPIX morning news.

Hi everyone! Thank you all again so much.. We couldn't have done this without you!

As you all know, funding ended last night (81 backers!) and it's now time to transition to the logistics of satisfying all of our rewards.

A few points before we get started...

- If your credit card was rejected by Amazon Payments, don't worry! You should have already been contacted by Kickstarter with instructions on how to fix the problem. Anyone who is having trouble can contact support@kickstarter.com - they are ready and willing to assist you.

- To those of you that didn't have a chance to add in the extra cost for shipping to Canada or internationally, again, don't worry. We can work out a way for those still needing to cover the extra shipping costs, probably through an external payment gateway like Paypal.

- We will be sending out a form later today, where we will be able to collect everyone's addresses. You can give us any address you want, we are not pulling anything from your Amazon account.

- Just missed the Kickstarter campaign? Don't worry. You can contact us directly on thedipr.com and we'll let you know when the dipr is available to order. Hi everyone! It's been an amazing month!

We just wanted to take a moment and say thanks to everyone who contributed on Kickstarter. We couldn't have done this with out you!

We added a new $10 reward for everyone who asked "how can I get one dipr right now?" - this is how. This new reward is great for last minute contributors who want the dipr before the holidays. Make sure you spread the word because we're limiting this reward to only 100 people.
