Thank you for visiting our page. The text below will tell you a little bit about our group, and some information about our first recording project, tentatively titled, "King of Glory." Hope you enjoy our story and I pray that you decide to support our Kickstarter project!

Revive Worship is a team of young adult worshipers formed in April of 2011 for the purpose of glorifying God and encouraging others through music. Most of the members of the Revive Worship team are twenty-somethings, some of us are members of Revival Center Ministries in Vallejo, Ca., but all of us are young people who are learning more and more each day to surrender our lives to Jesus Christ.

We are singers, musicians, and song-writers, who have sanctified our gifts to God. As a group, we seek to awaken a spirit of worship in the hearts of all those who hear our music.

Revive Worship Music has been growing quickly since it was first established in April of 2011. Since that time, by the grace of God, our group has grown, our skill has increased, and our worship has slowly been refined.

Our group is composed of 13 vocalists, 7 musicians, from 4 different churches, across 3 different cities in the San Francisco Bay Area, and all of us are young adults between the ages of 19-35 (14 of us are twenty-somethings). Most of those who volunteer their time with Revive Worship are active members of Revival Center in Vallejo, Ca.--a church known throughout the region as a place filled with authentic, Spirit-led worshipers.

From the beginning, leading people in authentic and impactful sessions of worship unto God has been our goal. But as we worked to hone our craft as singers and musicians, and as we’ve sought the Lord for a deeper level of worship, we were graced with a fresh anointing and an outpouring of new songs that we now offer to God in worship.

The purpose of this Kickstarter project is simple:  We need to raise enough money to record an album at our church in Vallejo, featuring live and studio tracks of our original songs. The funds that you donate will enable us to purchase the equipment necessary to produce a high-quality album ourselves.

Our music is not necessarily contemporary or gospel. Our musicians and singers have been influenced by a variety of Christian artists, and our music, along with our lyrics reflect that. So far, we have written over twenty songs, and we are itching to share this music with worshipers everywhere. In fact, the audio track that’s playing behind my voiceover is the guitar cover for our first original song. The only thing stopping us from making a CD is money, and that’s where you come in. What you donate to this first recording project will help us produce a wealth of worship music that is sure to be a blessing to all who hear it.

The evolution of our music, our original sound--its novelty and its quality--is largely dependent upon the amount of financial support we receive through this project. So we ask that once we do achieve our stated goal, you continue to give and you encourage others to do the same. The equipment we need to produce a quality project is expensive, but we’re hoping that Kickstarter will be the vehicle that helps us achieve our goal.

As a group, we seek to awaken a spirit of worship in the hearts of all those who hear this project, through music and lyrics that cause people to contemplate the glories of God Most High. As we decrease, Jesus Christ will be glorified in our hearts.
