Okay, back to back posts! This will likely be my last Kickstarter update. Why? Because mission accomplished... really accomplished.

I'm quite excited. I Loved You First went through the process last night on Amazon and hit the shelves this morning. The early readers have been quite amiable so far. We'll see if that continues when the reviews start coming in.

Where can you find I Loved You First?

By the end of September, I Loved You First should be available at all the major ebook retailers (Kobo, Sony, Diesel, etc) plus in print through CreateSpace.

I'm also working on a blog tour (August 15 - September 15). I believe I have 4-5 days left to fill for a full schedule of reviews, interviews, giveaways, and more. <sigh> So the funding goal has come and gone. We didn't make it folks. That's okay. The editing goal was met.

So what happens next? First I want to thank everyone who's supported me (backers, bloggers, tweeters). We didn't make the goal, but I appreciate the belief you had in my project nonetheless.

I plan to do one more update, which will go to backers only. In that update, I'll include information on obtain a complementary digital copy of I Loved You First upon release. I think I mentioned earlier the release date is set for August 1, 2011. That's still a go! So sit tight. :)

  • Implemented the editing changes
  • 77% done with reading through to make sure no new errors have been introduced after changes
  • Plan to have ARC ready Saturday, July 23, 2011
  • Need to send out review requests to Review Blogs – Will send the first batch Saturday, July 23, 2011
  • Need to do one final read through before publication. This is in addition to the current read-through.
  • Restructured some of the rewards and de-cluttered the entire page ($35 for signed copies, $50 to rename characters)
