Welcome to my kickstarter project and first of all THANK YOU for taking the time to read this.
I'm Rebecca Caldwell.. I'm a singer/songwriter all the way from Bonny Scotland ( please hold the Braveheart jokes till the end .. hee hee )
I am in love with performing, writing and recording music.
I'm a story teller at heart and that is what this EP is going to be all about. Its a bunch of little stories of my life in America over the past 4 years, tied up with a magical, musical bow!
I'm ready to get in the studio and make the magic of music happen. I've got the producer, the studio and songs all patiently waiting!
In a nutshell I don’t have the funds to move forward. SO I’m taking it to the people.. ( that’s you) and asking for your help!
In a way we will be making music together and you will all get to be part of the Journey.
Its a collaboration on a whole new level!
Anything you can pledge to my project would be fantastical and would really help to take my music career to the next level!

Rebecca’s voice evokes many descriptions and a flood of adjectives, not the least of which are ‘haunting’ and ‘angelic.’ Hers is a sweet, pure sound that echoes through the diverse range of her songs.
Rebecca’s no angel, though. She writes about the way she feels and often her lyrics are raw, the emotion high. Her lyrical strength lies in earnest story telling.
Born and raised in the small town of Arbroath, on the East coast of Scotland,
Rebecca Caldwell grew up listening to music being part of a very musical family has always known she would be a musician.
Her goal is to make music ring - in the United States, the United Kingdom and beyond. Rebecca’s clarion voice, her fierce and sensitive spirit, her infectious melodic proclivities will no doubt continue to reflect and refresh the world.
