  Guys, whoever is still missing something; please get directly in touch with me via my personal email address: info@steffenkummerer.com We sent out every packages, even those with the XXL shirts where we had some trouble to get them finally. We will sort out everything, just get in touch and we will find a way. I am sorry for the circumstances you have and have to wait that long for your already paid CDs, shirts, vinyls. I would not be happy either, so let's get this sorted. In the name of the band, my apologies to everyone.

I am so glad you guys are coming over to Japan next month, that will give me a chance to find out what the hell is going on! Hopefully you are not as obnoxious to the people coming to your shows as you are to the people who have been backing you on this project.

  Hey guys, I just saw this update over at the band's Facebook page explaining about the hold up for certain ordered items over at their official store. I can only assume that this is why there is a hold up for the remaining Kickstarter packages. I hope to get my Kickstarter pack soon. Cheers! \m/ ;)

  To all people who ordered stuff from our online shop lately: We are sorry for any inconvenience or being late. Unfortunately some of our shirts were misprinted, the XXL shirts weren't even delivered! This is really out of our hands, we are so sorry! All the other stuff has been sent out. It takes up to a few weeks until it's gonna shipped overseas. Stay tuned!

  I haven´t received my package either and was quitte worried untill i saw that all you other guys hadn´t received yours either, I was sure that the shitty postal service in Denmark was to blame...
  Saw the band in Copenhagen on march 15th, and it was a great fucking show. Thumbs up for bringing a great band like Exivious out on tour.

  I was wondering how long it would take too .... It depends on how it was shipped i guess, usually packages from Europe take up to 10 days to arrive here in Vancouver (by air mail). Hope i get it soon, it's all i think about :) I keep receiving other cd-s i ordered and it sucks :))))) i can't believe i just said that haha.

  Hey everyone, we apologize for the delay but the band is currently on a month long tour in Europe and will be a bit slow to respond to everyone's customer service issues. All of the items were packed and shipped by the band themselves so a few orders may have been a bit messed up. Please be patient and we promise everyone will be taken care of as soon as possible.   Hmm. That doesn't sound too good with stuff not being signed! I live in Denmark, Europe and I'm pretty sure they are sending out the stuff from Germany, that's why I'm a bit puzzled that the stuff hasn't arrived yet. Can anyone remember what the name and email is of the person who was collecting the shipping information?

  You are an amazing band, i like a lot universe stuff, your album covers are great pictures.
  Its not yet the deadline to gather the money and you are now at double the amount you pledged, i hope you get 4 or 5 or more times the amount you pledged.
  You should also get a flattr account so fans like us can show you our recognition by donating money.
