it has been a long time since we posted a message on our original Kickstarter Project. Once you finish an unsuccessful project it is hard to take yourself back to that disappointing start , however based on the overwhelming success we have experienced in the market place with Qubits 2.0 - we felt you might like to hear the news.
After this unsuccessful Kickstarter project, we later self-funded our company by selling a URL that we owned. - www.Qubits.com - we sold it to D-Wave Systems the quantum computing company in Canada. see http://www.dwavesys.com - that sale fully funded the project that we first started on Kickstarter. Soon after we relaunched our product at www.QubitsToy.com
We now have a 100% Made in America product (Orlando Florida) that is making headway in the crowded toy market. We currently have a Kiosk in the local mall and our toy is on display at the Orlando Science Center and the Daytona Museum of Arts & Sciences ( both with hands-on interactive build centers for kids ) To get an idea what impact the toy is having just check out the smiling faces of all the kids on our Facebook page - Qubits Construction Toy
Those kids have you to thank. If you had not pitched in at that early stage, we would not have felt compelled to continue the struggle to create a brand new toy product. At this date hundreds of children own our toy, many more will be opening their gifts this holiday season and hundreds of others have totally free access to the building toy each week at the museums mentioned above.
As far as Kickstarter projects go, this one was an outstanding success and 2014 will be even better!
Thank you everyone
