Punk Rawk Labs is a Minneapolis based company which specializes in living cuisine. Owner, Alissa, is a former scientist/musician who has been working in the restaurant/food industry since 1991. She became interested in this healthful cuisine while recovering from a toxic exposure and a car accident.
