In true DIY fashion, we are preparing to manufacture and distribute the newly recorded 5 song "By Our Hand" EP on our own, both in CD and digital formats. Select a reward, pre-order the EP and help make our creative vision a reality!
Everyone who makes a pledge will receive an immediate mp3 download of the title track "By Our Hand", and then receive the digital or physical package of your choice in December 2012. In addition, all project backers will be acknowledged in the CD booklet credits by name. Any pledge amounts above and beyond our target goal will be used to advertise the EP release, promote the band, make new merchandise and for potential regional touring.

Psychosis is not a new band. We have a track record for creating quality music with quality packaging. At this point, the music for the new EP has been recorded, mixed and mastered. The cover art has been created and several of the merchandise items have been designed and are ready for print. The main risk for us at this point is the CD manufacturing schedule. Once we meet our goal for funding through Kickstarter, we will need to get our CD master and artwork to the manufacturing plant for printing. The number of products in their queue will determine how long the manufacturing process will take. We have built in a full month for this in order to make sure that we can get the CD and other merchandise manufactured and still ship everything out in December as promised. Our standards are high and we believe that we can deliver the goods!

The song "Face of War" from our 2010 EP "Psychosis" is in the New Girl episode "Kryptonite" (Season 1, Episode 2). The Community episode "Horror Fiction in Seven Spooky Steps" (Season 3, Episode 5) features a unique version of our song "Building Empires" with different lyrics that were re-recorded specifically for the Halloween episode of the show.
