This statue (or bust) series will be PolyStone* castings—individually hand finished—from original sculpture depicting a vampyr skull on a mud encrusted vertebral column with a stake in its maw.
The series is a gruesome stew of pulp-era weird, silent and B&W horror films,the frission of folkloric vampyr-hunting in Eastern Europe and the dread of the undead that arose during The Black Death. The pieces will be suited for the high-end horror and dark fantasy collector niche. Offered in limited edition** and made up of four separately molded pieces;

The finishing methods will involve the use of solvent dyes, stains, paint, waxes, metal coating and patinas in varied combinations. The cranium measures approx. 6". With base its 9.5” in height. Final weight is expected to be approx. 5 to 10 lbs. depending on final casting material.
