Martin is an original short comedy about a High School student who enlists his younger sister as his "wing-man" on a quest to get the girl of his dreams. Martin is a story both personal and universal about falling in love and the help we need along the way.

Your generosity will allow us to hire a professional crew for shooting and finishing the film.This will include Director of Photography, Producer, Sound Recordist, Choreographer and Sound Mixer allowing the director and cast to focus on giving the best performances possible. We will also be renting some gear necessary for the look and feel of the final film and renting one location.We will also be recording music for the soundtrack. A student violin player is featured in the story and we'll be spending time recording and mixing her performances for use in the film.

Directors Message: In nearly all of my past films I've been director, producer, camera operator, lighting grip and caterer. I would like to allow capable professionals to do those things on this one.

The script, although short, has been in the works for more than a year. After spending time working in the theater at Hunter College High School I was inspired to tell a story set in a High School. The kids involved are are very talented and the roles were written to showcase their unique personalities.
