This one's for the adventurous... you get all 7 pints of current pickled nibbles, PLUS 2 pints of yet-to-be-determined pickled nibbles. (possible pickled pints include: mushroom, cauliflower, beet, pineapple.) I'll need some time to perfect these recipes, so expect to get all 9 pints in June. *Add $15 to your pledge and I will ship the first 7 pints in May and the final 2 when they're ready in June*

A hands-on pickling and canning session for you and a friend. You pick the fruit or veg you want to pickle, i'll craft a flavorful recipe, and together, we'll make it happen. Must be able to travel to my home in East Nashville, TN. This can be arranged at any time in the next year.

Pickle & Recipe of the month club. 12 pints of pickled nibbles (the 7 you see here, plus 5 more that are in the works) shipped direct to you each month for the next year. In addition, with each pint jar you'll receive a recipe from me on how best to enjoy your pickled treat (as an ingredient in a cocktail, as a sandwich component, in a composed salad, etc). Treat yourself (or a friend). You decide when to start the year of pickles. Can ship to same or different addresses throughout the year, if you want some to be gifts. Limit one pint per month for 12 consecutive months. *Earliest delivery is June 2012. Shipping anywhere in US is included.
