The "Info Needed" form has a textbox "Would you like your book signed?". The instructions say to leave it blank as a default mode. But if you do that, the form won't submit. You get the error "Error Please answer all the questions" and a form error "Please provide a mailing address for the book" - the page thinks the address info is incomplete, but it's fine. It's the one blank textbox which is causing the problem.

I'm excited to see this book go from conception to reality. I hope your project will kick ass (in terms of readership, etc) as well as kick start other engineers who are finally seeing some of the realities of working at big mega corporations. I'm donating in the 3rd tier pledge even though I'm not employed right now; I know it'll still be an awesome "investment"!
