I'm collecting some of my best comics together in a book... and drawing 100 pages of NEW COMICS!
UPDATE 4/14: WOW! I can hardly even believe it! Thanks to an overwhelming amount of support, we've reached our funding goal in less than two days! Thank you so very much to everyone that has helped so far by pledging money or spreading the word around. It's been an incredibly inspiring, exciting experience for me so far!

I've been self-publishing comics on the internet and as photocopied mini comics since high school. I want to put out a real book.
I am going to put together a book collecting some of the very best comics I've drawn over the last few years. Comics like Pearly Whites, Book Comic, The Secret Thoughts of Harold Lawrence Windcrampe, and my most celebrated creation... Are You Man Enough. But here's the exciting part: I'm also going to be drawing approximately 100 pages of BRAND NEW COMICS for the book!
Grimalkin Press, an awesome one-man publishing outfit, has enthusiastically agreed to publish this book project. Of course being an incredibly small publishing company, they can't offer me a big fancy lucrative publishing deal. That's okay! No one should expect to get rich drawing comics.
I love making comics. I've been wanting to make a book for almost ten years now. I keep saying "I'll do it as soon as I have the time," but of course as I get older, spare time seems to be a commodity that is rapidly dwindling in abundance. Making comics is an incredibly time consuming endeavor and it's also something that's insanely difficult to make a living at. Normally, drawing 100 pages of comics would take me a few years as I juggle freelance illustration work and sometimes a day job. I'm very, very excited about this project. I want to work on it full time for 4-5 months, completing it in a fraction of the time that it would normally take. And I want to share the entire process with you!
