It’s been a quiet last few days but we’ve been working on a big release. And today we would like to share with you a step closer to the actual figure.

The Wax 

This is the Second Step in the creation of a vinyl toy, You might ask “Why wax?” The answer is simple. Most metal molds used for producing vinyl figures are called rotocasting molds, and are fabricated by using the so-called “lost wax” method. This is actually an ancient practice originally being used for producing artwork and metal ornaments such as gold rings.
