      Hope I will receive my Romo soon as I'm waiting on EU version. As I saw batteries arrived, firmware is finished and there is no more excuse regarding immediate shipment.
      If my parcel is already shipped please provide me with tracking no.

      @ Cheng yours already went out UPS I'll contact you by email today. @ Raphael you never listed an address (The only Users who do that usually have come by the office and build their own) Send your address to support@romotive.com and it will be sent on tue(mon is memorial day). @S. langenbach I've been posting about the Eu Romo's they all will be shipped by tues. (I originally said mon but post office services will be closed). We have supplies, we have solutions, and were moving full steam ahead. Thank all of you :)

      Hello, great news nation, the batteries arrived today (finally). We have already started the testing and assembling process. All remaining kickstarter orders should ship by tuesday! To the EU users who het yet to receive a Romo, the batteries will arrive in a few days. Your Romo will be shipped the day after they arrive next week.       My Romo arrived this morning! I've built him and tested him and he works like an absolute dream!!
      I'm going to be doing a feature on him on my website (I hope that's ok Romotive) but it will be a few days until I get time to sit down to write and test him a little more!
      I'm so exited, I'm like a kid at Christmas!!

      Hi romotive! Thanks for all the hard work and sorry to hear about the audio loudness setting. You've to have a lot of deaf people in the USA. :-D Anyway, from what I understand you start shipping to Europe on the 25th of May, so plus shipping time - which can suck at customs if you're not clear about the contents of the shipping package - it will probably arrive in the second week of June. I hope you can confirm this, because it means I can have one of my interns working on it.

As for the EU update we are currently assembling Romo's as fast as possible and we will continue to ship them as we pump them out. Every one who shipped their Romo to Evo we will be processing those refunds by next week so get them to us if you have them .........Thanks everyone for being so patient.

      To @S. Langenbach and @nick M we shipped your Romo's yesterday. The EU problem updates will begin again today. As of right now we are testing and shipping out EU bots as fast as we can. Everyone Who ordered a Romo before 03/1/12 your Romo will be starting the quest to his new home before the 25th of this month. This would be sooner but we had a bad batch of hearts for Romo and had to send them back(two weeks ago). The Day that they arrive here, they will be in Romo's and the next day they will be shipped. Thank you all for being so patient, we are working 100 mph here at Romo Nerds Headquarters.

      received my Romo today and it is beautiful. Apparently it doesn't move since I live in Europe. That is a bit annoying, but it is good to see you guys working on the issue.

      To @SangYong, i'll contact you on monday and update you on the status of you Package.
      ........Time now for the daily EU update. We are still forging distribution channels, but we expect this phase to be done early this week. Then we will be shipping all supply's into the EU and solidifying the back and forth postage situation. After those steps, we can begin to give some medical attention to those Romo's. Once again, the Nerds want to thank everyone for be SO patient with us, we are putting lots of time and effort into getting this issue resolved.

We do have several fixes, tested and ready to go. We are now in the phase of planning out distribution channels that are quick and won't cost anything to our users.       Reading comments here I figured it out, and both robots worked fine.

      Now, when can I start coding myself with XCode, to have our two robots do sumo-wrestling?
      What are the three forward-facing detectors?

      BTW, the dog went berzerk, the Smiley Face makes our little Yorkshire attack Romo.

      Yes, we have been busy working on how to fix the EU problem. We have a couple of fixes in the works and are still doing testing (with lots and lots of phones). We are also working on implementing the device into Romo, and getting you the updated firmware. I will be personally posting an update on this board everyday so that all of You, our loyal supporters will know exactly where we are in the process of getting you your Romo. Also we just setup a new customer service line so we can deal with issues faster and better. The number is (702) 330 5760. Thank you all for being so patient.

      (@Romotive - Don't get me wrong, I understand you guys are super-busy, and hey if there's suddenly a big problem and you're doing your best to fix it, we'll (or at least, I'll) be understanding. But if there is a big problem - You need to TELL US.

      How do you think it feels when you get snappy, quick responses to your first few emails, then when you tell you guys the Romo is broken you get no response ever again? For me, it has felt like I was ignored and would probably never see a working Romo.

      I'm sorry this has happened to you guys, it sucks that you've encountered such a huge problem. But all it would have taken would be one email explaining the EU situation to all EU customers and then most of us would happily be patient. Disappointing people sucks, and I know you guys don't want to do it, but right now your lack of explanation is causing a lot of customers to lose their trust in you.

      @Shimmergeek I've had an email from them (about a week and a half ago) saying that EU phones have the volume reduced some how before they are sold to us. So Romo essentially cannot hear his/ her commands and thus won't work. From what I understand (and that's not a lot) they are working on a new "board" and will be sending the boards out to EU customers as soon as they have a fix. I actually haven't got my Romo yet because of this problem with volume, but it should be remedied soon I hope.
      @Jan van Tilburg, I guess this is the same problem, though my emails got a response and an update of what is going on.

      @Romotive, I have no problem with how you have dealt with me guys (it's been beautiful) but it's not a good impression on the other backers who are awaiting updates and the like. Have a morning of sending emails, it will be awful, it will be tedious, you will want to leap from the roof a tall building, but it will keep us backers happy and content for another few weeks.

      It arrived very quickly (to the UK) and was missing 2 screws but these were also sent very quickly and you guys were super-helpful, then when it first wouldn't work you guys gave me great trouble-shooting advice, but it still wouldn't work and I've heard nothing in two weeks now. I'm starting to get a bit worried.

      Got mine in the mail today (I'm in Calgary, Canada). Put it together. Tried it out and no movement until I realized I needed to switch the power on. Duh! Works now with my Iphone 3GS on the romo and IPad 2 app.

      I do find it weird that up on the "control stick" makes it go backwards. Although since there is only the rear facing camera, it is going in the direction the camera faces. It would be great to have the software option to reverse it.

      Got my Romo today and it was well built!
      Couldnt get it to run first time round. Updated to the latest iOS and still unable to run it.
      Finally trigger the music function and it came to life!
      Trigger it back to Wifi mode and controls worked too!
      Brilliant!

      @Gavin where are you? Im in the UK still awaiting delivery but I had an email a few days back explaining that they are waiting on newly prgrammed boards to fix this volume issue EU phones have. Aparently there are about 150 still to ship, but rather than send a Romo that wont move they opted to wait and send a Romo thats been updated.
      They should have contacted you though, drop them an email, they are quick to reply.

      Just got my second one in the mail, awesome service. I sent them an email friday about not having one of the robots, and I got it across the country Monday. Now if only romo would work with my campus' wireless... oh well only a few more weeks until I can unleash romo.
