Twenty-Eight. I'm thinking the mark will be hit in the remaining three weeks. Tell your friends... 3 CD orders and we're there.
Two questions have come up that seem like they'd be of general interest.
Will donations and orders still be accepted once the goal is hit?
Absolutely. Extra dollars will go right into the project. If the overage is significant, I'll upgrade the CD packaging. With lyrics and stuff. (either way, the CD will have a website with full "liner notes", lyrics, etc.)
Will all the requested songs be posted for all to hear?
Mario asked this on the Comments page.
The answer is a definitive "maybe".
They won't be available to the world at large; at most they'll be for the song-requesters only.
Will every requester get every song? Probably. Seems like appropriate punishment.
