Hi guys,

Thanks of course to all of you who have donated :)  I've linked the playlist below for all the youtube videos/updates we did for the fundraiser.  It would be awesome to get to 9k cause then we can run that ad in Magnet or Under the Radar that has everyone's pictures :) (See michelle ep for reference of how it would look)  So, I don't want anyone to donate any more unless you are freaking out happy about this or whatever but if you could share on facebook or tweet or something, tell some friends, etc.. and we'll see what happens!  Meanwhile all backers will get thank yous on the album and anyone who donated 100 or more will get producer credits :)

If we don't hit 9k, I think that our future tour poster could/should have all the backers on it - I have an idea (or two) for how we could make the pictures work that would be really cool... which I'll share when its fleshed out more.  Send pics to twskickstarter2012@gmail.com Either way, I'm extremely grateful, flattered and overwhelmed by everyone's generosity towards this band.  Even out of kickstarter and on the road, family and friends have put us up, cooked for us, donated to us (Stageit), given us a place to live when we're stranded, gone to see us play and were awkwardly forced up super late on nights when they probably weren't expecting it and so on...

I've always considered myself an instrument and the band a vessel and the entire foundation built by people's generosity.  We work hard, yes... but so do you and we don't take anyone's contributions lightly.  We're the product of a little bit of creative energy and a LOT of support and care.  I love this band because I know almost all of the backers. I know that people have donated that are simply friends and may not even loveLOVE the band but help because they care and they believe in us and I feel like the entire thing is very organic and real.  It grows slow and steady and always remains true to one simple thing: hope.  Hope for the best, hope for the future.  Hope to see you all soon :)  We'll see what happens!  Be in touch soon!!

So we started this a couple days ago!  And it grew into a Hollywood Epic of sorts...

So... in the final days of the Winter Sounds 2012 epic Kickstarter fundraiser, we hadn't yet reached our goal and we had run out of video update ideas so we called up our manager Rory Scovel to see what he could help. He put a wonderful idea in our heads... We have lots of fans, why don't we get the fans to help us write something??? So we went on facebook and did a live mad lib that lasted for like four hours or something crazy long... We incorporated all the parts of speech into our story and drove around Arkansas filming before pulling up at Vino's in Little Rock to play a show - the last on our 6 week tour out west!

Hey everyone, we reached our initial goal of 8k!!!!  This means as long as we don't lose any money, the PROJECT WILL BE FUNDED

This is so amazing and so wonderful and I want to write pages about how grateful I am BUT we are playing our last show on this tour in just a bit and everyone is flying in different directions so we have to shoot the MOST PAN-ULTIMATE KICKSTARTER VIDEO ever today in the next couple of hours...

For those of you present on facebook today we did a living mad lib where we had everyone write out the script for the new video and we will act it out as best as humanly possible!!!!

So, we are at 8k.  Obviously we want as much money to put towards this as we can so we are going to keep pushing.  For an additional 930 dollars we can fun a full page ad in Under the Radar Magazine.  It has a circulation of 65,000.  We want to plug the album but we also want to give a shout out to all of you who have helped us so much...  So if you will please send 2 hi res pics each to twskickstarter2012@gmail.com <<  You don't HAVE TO of course but you will have your picture plus the 100 + other donors in a magazine and we'll get to plug our new record in UNDER THE RADAR!  it will look similar to this attached pic of the Michelle EP
