Padre Pollo's and Crabtree Brewing - Fostering the ancient relationship of BBQ and beer by putting smiles on more faces every Friday.
Padre Pollo's Holy Smoke Barbecue will begin by bringing great barbecue to the loyal customers of Crabtree Brewing in Greeley, Colorado. Crabtree is a small but growing craft brewery with great beer. They focus on beer and don't have food as part of their business plan. So, by starting small with a few delicious items and a converted hot dog cart, my plan is to bring my great barbecue and their great beer together so that we both benefit from this relationship. The money raised here will fund the start up costs of the barbeque business including the stainless steel food cart, licences and permits. Crabtree Brewing's biggest day of the week is Friday when they run a special for area teachers. I plan to be on site every Friday evening to start and expand the days and times as the demand increases.
