220V version added for our backers outside the US!
For some reason, we slow Americans didn't think that there would be so many backers from Europe and elsewhere outside the US who'd be interested in our kit! Due to the high demand, we've decided to make a second version of the control board that supports line voltages of 220V/50Hz. Feel free to change your reward to this version of the kit if you're outside the US. No more step-down transformer needed.

This version of the kit is indeed safe for use with line voltage in New Zealand.
