One Million Bones is an art installation project designed to increase global awareness of the ongoing devastation of genocide, while raising funds to protect and aid displaced survivors.
One Million Bones also hosts educational workshops every month to highlight critical issues facing Sudan, Burma, and Democratic Republic of the Congo and educates students about tolerance through art and social activism.
Our goal is to make 1 million handmade bones which will be installed on the Mall of Washington DC in a collective shout that screams "Never Again!"
