About this project

Cameras are literally everywhere these days! And because of this, kids now have the tools to create and communicate like never before! That's why this summer, we (a group of music video directors) have decided to host a series of events from August 29-September 2 centered around the art of music videos. We'll be doing all kinds of things, from camera basics to field trips to special concerts. The goal is to provide a unique opportunity for kids to collaborate, experiment creatively, and get a peek at the world through the lens of a camera.

In order to make this workshop more accessible for families, we've decided to offer it for free. We own most of our own equipment so our costs for the week are pretty low. There are, however, some things that we need some help with, like transportation, field trips, hard drives, and insurance. That's where you come in!

Hey, we're a group of music video directors. We love making movies and we love kids, so we decided we want to spend a fun week teaching kids to make music videos. We think we'll learn a lot too.
