Why T-Shirts?

My name is Tony Aviña, but I go by the online handle odysseyroc. I color comic books for a living, but, as far back as I can remember, I've always loved t-shirts and t-shirt design. I started out airbrushing t-shirts, I've screen printed shirts in my garage, and have entered many online t-shirt contests at places like shirt.woot.com, teefury.com, and shirtpunch.com. Most of these endeavors have been done on a “hobby” level, and I've really been wanting to do something bigger, something that allows me to have more control and put out a really great product.

The ShirtsThese designs will be printed on American Apparel 100% cotton (unisex) tshirts. I will be using Threadbird to do the printing, using their premium standard printing method, for a soft ink feel. The shirt colors will be what you see displayed.

My goal is to print 50 of each shirt. If we sell exceed our goal, I'll start adding more cool stuff that I have in the works (maybe additional designs, buttone, a super limited exclusive design, or some other super secret project I have in the works)

The turnaround for printing is usually 3-4 weeks. I'll start getting the shirts in the mail as soon as they reach my door.

StickersThe available stickers are 2”x3” and are printed on high-quality UV resistant vinyl. Stick them on all of the things.

Sketch CardsThe sketch cards are 2.5”x3.5” and will be drawn in pencil and ink, and signed. These are “chefs choice”, so you will get whatever is on my mind at that moment (don't be surprised if it's a taco).

Backers:
the shirts and stickers should ship by late-July: roughly 30 days afterthis Kickstarter has ended. Orders will be shipped USPS First Class. 

International backers: please note orders outside of the United States will need to add $6 for shipping on shirts ($10 if you order the 2 or 4 shirt option), or $2 if you're only getting a sketch card, or stickers.  If you're in Canada, add $5 to shirts
