Eric Mengel is the writer, artist, letter and publisher of a successful mini comic called OCHO. these mini comics have sold out pretty quickly from print runs as high as 100 copies per issue. Once a mini comic is sold out it remains sold out and is never reprinted. Collections of the mini comics are released as the previous mini comics become unavailable. the first collection "BLIND MICE" was printed in 2005 and continues to be available through http://www.ericmengel.com . OCHO "KILL THE BLUE MAN" will be printed in 2010 and will collect issues 8-12 of the mini comic.

Eric Mengel also manages a group home for abused and neglected children in Glendale, Arizona. He has been on teaching and coaching children in group homes in Arizona since 1995 after he graduated college at the age of 22, approximately 1/3 of his life. He also has donated 4 gallons of blood in his life.

Eric Mengel is trying to make the world a better place just like his comic book series OCHO.
