$4m Stretch Goal - Enhance the Whole Game
OK! After much team deliberation we have one final ultimate stretch goal. At $4.0m we will be enhancing the whole game. We will use live instrumentation for the soundtrack, add developer in-game commentary, and use every dollar between $3.5m and $4m to enhance the game. Also at $4.0m Chris Avellone will be forced to play Arcanum.
We are streaming live now on Twitch and UStream. We will be playing board games, answering your questions, and having fun!

I love your games so much, starting from Fallout and Bloodlines, and ending with my favourite Neverwinter Nights 2 (replaying it now) and New Vegas.
I'm very glad with your new game announcement, Project Eternity.
BUT! As you've already scored the success and collected most funds - would you please turn to players in your next update, asking them to support less legendary devs with their project Shaker on Kickstarter.
Because you've already achieved 100% goal and even set up the new funding record. And they have to get atleast announced minimum (1 000 000$).
Too few worthy old-school RPG's are released nowadays, their project can't even rival yours (another genre, weaker crew)...I wouldn't like another great game become dead without a birth.
Please show solidarity to Shaker-RPG devs and support less lucky associates.
Your words mean much for players. And if you ask them for support in your next update - you can save as Shaker project as prevent COMPANY RUIN.

Arcanum was and still is the game I consider having the best character development I have ever seen in any game, I played it since my childhood and since then I always wanted another game with such a depth in char creation and general gameplay. The only thing that wasn't the best was the fighting system.

Awesome. We were so close that PayPal assuredly pushed us over the 4.0 Million goal. I personally have no qualms with a quality synthesized soundtrack composed by a real artist, with the savings going into more story depth and additional areas along with character development. This could possibly exceed even the venerable Sid Meiers fame as a legendary gaming milestone! Go Obsidian!

Well that 4.0 millon goal was basically saying: we don't really have anything specific we want to promise, but yes if you pay us more we'll be putting it into the game, and don't feel to bad if you miss this goal we never expected to get this far anyway, but it would be awesome if we DID get 4.0 million. Biggest difference between 3.9mil and 4.0mil would have been that someone would have been forced to play arcanum. So i don't see why they wouldn't add pay pal to the goal.

Probably the best computer game stronghold I have ever encountered was in Suikoden. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suikoden_(video_game) I encourage anyone working on Project Eternity stronghold mechanics/design to play all the way through Suikoden. Lots of companions/alternate party members as well.
