Update #11: Success, and how we are credited

Look at that! Over $3,000! And there are still four pages left, thanks to the generosity of some folks who donated to our party. Badass.
We also got another good email, this from Stacy, owner of page three:
"I'm looking forward to the project but am curious about how each page with be credited to the author/designer.
Do we need to put our "signature" on our page? Will there be an index and/glossary?

When Perry, Claudia and I first discussed, we thought probably an index listing every author and their page number. Something like that. If you wanted to put a signature or a credit on your page, you are welcome to. Does that sound okay to everyone?
