N. Scott Trimble

Connected as N.Scott Trimble (245 friends)

N. Scott Trimble is a photojournalist with 15 years experience working for the likes of the Arizona Republic, The Columbian, and the East Valley Tribune. His work has been seen in the New York Times, LA Time, New York Post, AP, People magazine, and many more.

Scott moved from an engineering major in college at UNC-Charlotte to photojournalism at Arizona State University after a month long trip to Southeast Asia where his grandfather, an accomplished photographer himself, taught him photography while experiencing new cultures in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. That experience forever changed his view of the world and sought to document human struggles all over the world. He had documented border issues in Arizona, a two year account of a police officer battling Parkinson’s Disease, and a boy living his father’s dream of playing baseball while slowly succumbing to muscular dystrophy.

Scott lives in Lake Oswego, OR with his wife Jennifer, brand new baby daughter, Stella, and their border collie Tessa and beagle Daisy Mae.
