Update #21: What would we do with more money?

Thanks to all you 784 backers, we made our funding goal! And we did it, as in all of us. One of the cool things about Kickstarter is it's a collective struggle that gives those who were recently strangers a strangely close connection. I love this Tweet from Nick Taylor:

Hopefully we didn't stress you out too much, Nick! But at the same time, it's pretty darn touching Nick bothered to stress about it at all.
As long as we've reached our goal, might as well dream big... especially just in case any of the post houses Tara has been contacting happen to join the fun on the last day. So what would we do with more money? We'd contract with Collabora for some improvements in GStreamer, our multimedia backend.
Thanks to some Internet detective work by Akshat Jain, turns out porting Novacut to OSX and Windows will be easier than I thought.

Yeah, I was getting stressed out too! Glad to see that you're definitely in the safe zone now. It was a little hairy when someone changed their pledge and put the total a mere $3 short of your goal.
Can we get the SVG for that wallpaper? I'd like to make some modifications.
