So many people don't cook and as a result, we are a society filled with illness due to fast food restaurants and processed food in our supermarkets. For those that want to learn how to cook, there are so many cook books that have complicated recipes.
This cook book will show you how easy it is to cook without a cook book. Just common sense. It will give you the basics along with lots of cooking ideas. This book will be great for the "new" cook or even someone who has cooked for years wants some fresh, easy ideas.
