Welcome to Rainbowland is a collaborative book and multimedia project about modern nomads living in the USA today.
We are following around runaways, gutter punks, carnival workers, street performers and freak show artists from across the country. We will be eating from dumpsters, hanging out at Rainbow Family gatherings, hopping trains, riding hippie busses and hitchhiking with young travelers, telling their stories of resilience, poverty, hardship and inspiration.
All money* raised will go towards audio/visual gear to document and record the vibrant lives of these nomads.
* A percentage of funds raised will be donated to an NGO working with homeless youth and youth at risk.
