Mid-Production Update
Hi Backers,
Here's your weekly Friday update--as of this past Friday we've begun a new policy of updating you on our manufacturing progress each Friday.
We're excited to share that we've made a lot of progress over the past week.
Over this past week we've started production of nearly all of the White and Teal + Brown (including Teal + Brown Birds on Wire) ChargeCards.
As you can see in the images, they're missing their final dose of plastic that they'll receive in the last mold, which we'll be running next.
Meanwhile, we'll begin manufacturing all Black iPhone 4 ChargeCards, too, on Monday.
Thanks for holding tight and your ChargeCards will be shipping really soon.
We've already begun addressing and stamping all of the shipping envelopes so that we'll be ready to get your ChargeCards in the mail the second they're off the production line.

Your last update said you started the molding on the 8th and will complete it and ship in 10 days, meaning the 18th. As of this update, you haven't even started molding any black cards by the 18th. Were you going to acknowledge the delay and move your timeline again? Or just ignore the shipping date you set for yourself?

What about the Lightning chip? Will it be "made for iPhone" certified? Because when it isn't Apple could block it in future iOS updates...
