Hey guys,
My 30-pin Apple charge card keeps connecting/disconnecting. Sometimes it seems like it's not working at all :(. Luckily I brought a backup cable with me, but it doesn't seem very durable, especially since I haven't done anything more than a 180 degree bend on the USB portion of it and the occasional 90 degree turn :(. Is there a minimum bending diameter on the USB section?

Everytime i plug in my chargecard and iphone to a computer, the computer cant seem to detect the card thus not allowing me to charge my iphone. I have tried using other computers and what not but it still says the computer cant detect the device... How to fix this problem?

• By the way, shipping to Norway took only 1 week, but I have to pay another $20 on customs... Can't blame you gays, its Norway and its rules...
The product itself looked great, but attention to details; I plug the card in my Mac's USB and bend the iPhone connector to plug it to the phone, but you know what... It leaves my screen laying down :-(
I hope you can take the to answer this, and again, thank you for a near perfect product.

I'm not sure if I'm just using it incorrectly or if there's actually a problem with my ChargeCard, but I can't for the life of me get anything to work with it. I plug it in and nothing happens. I've tried flipping the plug-ins around in their ports (not forcing them, mind you, but lightly testing to see if it would fit) but nothing seems to work. Any help?

I think there's something wrong with my ChargeCard. I was using it fine for the first few days and it just suddenly stopped charging. It works fine if I use the same power source with a normal cable though. Anyone has the same problem? Can I get a replacement or something?

I accepted the fact that I will receive the product half year after the promised time.
BUT! To get a different product from what you ordered (black instead of teal on brown) and a sorry letter inside the package... That is a huge disappointment and pity.

But even more amazing it fits just right w/my HuMn Mini Carbon Fiber RFID Wallet & my Carbon Fiber Credit Card size bottle opener.
