Update #13: Screening in LA, Perk delivery and a new Kickstarter project.
Hey everyone, a few tidbits for you. For one, it's been a couple months since the last update and I wanted to give you all the info for where we're at.
1. We're screening at the NewFilmakersLA festival on March 20th here in LA. Tickets are available here: http://www.newfilmmakersla.com/tickets.html We are in shorts program #3, tickets are 5 bucks, and if you were in a backer level that gave you free tickets, we will have them reserved for you. There's a cocktail mixer after and our short closes out the screening, so stay for the Q&A then get boozed up with us. The screening is at Sunset Gower Studios in Hollywood.
2. Now that we're having a public screening, we can send out all of our perks. We will be burning DVD's with the film, a behind the scenes doc and the trailer. You'll also get your shirts and digital download copies, so we'll be sending a survey for you to send your addresses so we can send everything out. Expect everything in April.
3. We have a new project up on Kickstarter. I'm not trying to hit anyone up for money again, after your generous donations to help us realize one dream, but as film lovers and followers of our careers, I thought you'd want to see what we're up to. If you like what you see, please feel free to share the link on Twitter and Facebook. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/noahh/wedding-party?ref=live
Thank you all again, and look forward for everyone to see the finished film in the coming weeks. Cheers!

Update #12: First Festival Acceptance
Update #11: Trailer!
Hey everyone, the trailer is here. We wanted you to get a first glimpse. As soon as we start getting into festivals (We start finding out the week of Dec. 5th about acceptance) we will be sending out rewards. In the meantime, enjoy the trailer that you helped create. Cheers,
-Noah

Update #10: Behind the Scenes video- the making of 8.31
We were lucky enough to have someone on set documenting our misadventures. Here's a glimpse of where your dollars went and how they helped us make this world a reality. Click the link below to watch. Can't wait for you all to see the film!
Update #9: The finish line.
Guys,
The movie you helped fund, that you put your money and faith into is nearing the finish line. Our editor, Matthew Hickney, composer Nigel Wiesehan, VFX artist Ryan Baxter, title designer Austin Anderson and music supervisor Brandon Dorsky have been working their asses off and delivered some of the best work I've been lucky enough to put into one of my films.
So, after the Sundance submission deadline on September 23rd, we will have a finished version of the film. From there, we will be releasing a trailer shortly after that you will get the first look at, and at that point I will be asking you all for your addresses and full names to begin sending you your rewards. We won't be sending copies of the film until it premieres at a festival, but you will get first look and all access as we go along.
This has been one of my most fulfilling journeys as a director and I feel incredibly proud of what we've all pulled off. It all started with each one of you, and this film would not be a reality without your support. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
